The best chocolate dessert ever!
So this will blow your mind when you read the ingredients but give it a go, then decide if I was right after making this dairy free delicious dessert. It is full of some many amazing vitamins & minerals. Yum!

Keeps in the fridge for 4 days, you may see a little bit of separation on the top of the pudding but actually, it looks great and still tastes exactly the same!

Ingredients

1 packet silken tofu

1 medium banana

1 tbsp cacao powder (you can use cocoa powder if you can’t find it, Tesco and the other big supermarkets seem to stock it now)

2 level tbsp xylitol granulated sugar alternative (again Tesco etc do stock it, or use stevia granulated)

OR use 1 level tbsp brown sugar

How is this for simplicity – add all the ingredients into a blender or use a hand held one a whizz it all together for 2 minutes!

Get 4 small glasses or bowls and divide the mixture between each evenly

Leave to set for 2 hours in the fridge or overnight

Serve with lots of fresh berries
