This Kick-start programme is so you can have the day to day food choices taken away from you in a controlled, set schedule way. Take the outside stress away so you can concentrate on the programme.
The Kick-start programme includes the following…
A 14 day fully nutritionally balanced menu plan to follow
This is so you can step away from the foods that may be having a negative impact on your body. Things such as caffeine, sugar and highly processed foods. This is a done gradually, in achievable stages, so your body will detoxify, relax and embrace your new food choices. The menu comes with a shopping list and recipes so you will achieve success at the end of the 14 days.
1 fabulous food demonstration
Available in the second week to support your journey.
Q & A Sessions
Throughout the 2 weeks to ensure all of your questions big or small get answered.

A selection of nutritional videos
I present every other day for 30 minutes on topics such as water, fats, and sugar. I give you up-to-date evidence-based information on how to create positive health with the right foods and fluids. For example, the topic of water – it is the perfect weight loss & detox liquid. Water is calorie-free, it’s an appetite suppressant, it helps to burn off calories, removes unwanted toxins, helps with bloating/stomach issues, reflux, the list of positive health gains is huge. All the topics I cover have connections with weight loss, weight management, and whole-body health.

I am privileged and excited to be able to share my nutritional expertise with you on my 14 day KICK-START programme.
Before you begin any new programme, such as my monthly 80/20 programme it is essential to start with a great foundation.
That is exactly what this programme is – your very own health foundation course.
The programme gives you simple facts & positive health information so you can build this great foundation and become your very own nutritional expert.
Success on my monthly 80/20 Programme is ultimately down to success in the 14 day programme.

80/20 monthly programme
This is the natural follow-on programme from the 2-week Kick-start programme.
Only £34 per month!
It builds on the foundation you have in place already from that course.
Meaning you can positively continue on your weight loss and health journey and become the very best version of you in 2022

Step 1
7:15 – 8:45pm every Monday.
1 hour of Q & A time + 30 mins of in-depth, evidence-based, up-to-date information on nutrition topics. Including food, sleep, relaxation techniques, supplements, fats, lifestyle changes.



Step 2
3 fun food demonstrations a month.
These sessions include the techniques of how to prepare many of the weekly recipes I provide you with.
If you love food, fun, and positivity then these are THE sessions for you. I love doing them and the clients love them too!
Step 3
Weekly menu plans that are simple and delicious to follow. You will only need a certain amount of these weekly menus as you will pick out what you like and then you go and easily devise your own personalised menus. I will help guide you to your needs and to choose what you love.
Or you can use my plan each and every week!


Step 4
Weekly shopping list, this compliments and works with the weekly menu. It will save you time & energy to make your life as easy and simple as possible. I do the work so you don’t have to!
Step 5
6 –10 recipes a week, personally designed and nutritionally packed recipes that you can build on to use as you wish. A great recipe portfolio and simple foundation is key to any long term health regime.



Step 6
Personal 1 – 1 sessions with me for 15 mins a month (if you wish)
To see each and every client in person (zoom!) means a lot to me it helps to see where you have started on the programme and continuing progress
Most of all I love chatting, getting to know each and every one of you and to make you feel like the special individual you are.
I help you build healthy habits & realistic routines
Building simple, effective and achievable habits into your daily life is a continuing process on all my programmes.
It is all about creating long term habits that YOU enjoy and save time.
My programmes are much more than smashing your weight loss goal and then going back to the old negative health cycle. Myself and many others did that day in day out but never managed to achieve long term health happiness (I have now!)
